Sharing is explicit

Only when you choose Share are copies of that exhibition’s photographs placed in your own iCloud account for the people you send the link to.

Shared copies are cleaned

Copies sent for sharing are re-encoded without location, camera, or capture details, and are smaller than the originals you keep.

View only

Visitors can walk through a shared exhibition and read its labels. They cannot change anything or see anything else in your museum.

Stop any time

Stopping a share removes those copies from iCloud and the link stops working.

On-device suggestions

Label suggestions are produced by your iPhone. No image or text is sent anywhere.
