A little help.

Start your first offline chat

Open Models, choose a model compatible with your iPhone, and tap Get. Allow the download and keep an internet connection until it finishes. Select the downloaded model, open Chat, and ask a question. After that, replies work offline, including in airplane mode.

A download is slow or paused

Check your internet connection and available iPhone storage. Model files can be large. Return to Models to check progress or resume a paused download. Download permission is managed in Settings → Model downloads.

A model will not load

Choose a lighter model in Models and close other demanding apps. Laifline requires iOS 26 or later. Model compatibility and speed depend on your iPhone, available memory, and storage.

Ask about a photo

Download and select a model marked “Sees images,” such as Qwen Vision 2B. In chat, tap +, choose Add a photo, select an image, and type your question. Text-only models cannot understand images. Photo analysis runs on your iPhone.

Create your own assistant

On the Chat home screen, open Assistants → See all and tap +. Give your assistant a name and description, choose a category, and tap Create.

Manage your data and storage

Settings → Account → Erase everything removes conversations, assistants, chat photos, and your local device ID. Downloaded models remain; remove them separately in Models or Settings. We cannot restore erased conversations because we do not hold a copy.
